CAnMove

I’m working 25% part time in CanMove as a bioinformatition. I help different research group to handle and analyze high throughput sequencing data. My aim is to try to provide a link between biological data and biological context. Many different organisms are analyzed, like fungi, birds, plants and bacteria. The research questions are equally diverse ranging from population dynamics to gene expression.
An important part of the work is to make data available through web interfaces and to write web applications for sequence analysis.
